1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the ZenED123 website and the La Tribu Connect platform provided by ZenED123 LLC ("ZenED123", "we"). By using the website or platform, you agree to these terms. If you use La Tribu Connect through a school, that school may also have a separate agreement with us — those school terms control where they differ.

2. What we provide

La Tribu Connect is a bilingual (English/Spanish) communication platform that connects families and schools. A paid tier is planned for November 2026; features may evolve, and we may add, change, or retire functionality as the product grows.

3. Accounts and schools

• If you are a school or administrator, you are responsible for the accounts you create and for obtaining any consents needed from parents or guardians.
• If you are a parent, guardian, or teacher, keep your login confidential and use the platform only for its intended school communication.
• You must be at least 18 to create an account. Accounts for younger users are managed by their school or guardian.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service. That means no unlawful content, harassment, impersonation, attempts to breach security or access data that isn't yours, or use of the platform outside its school-communication purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Your content and ours

Messages and materials you send through the platform belong to you (or, for student records, are governed by your school). You grant us the limited rights needed to store and deliver that content within the service. The La Tribu Connect name, logo, design, and software remain the property of ZenED123 LLC.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is." While we work hard to keep it reliable and secure, we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZenED123 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the safety of school communities. Schools control the retention and deletion of their community data.

8. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms; material changes will be noted by the date at the top of this page.
